$2,500 Fully Booked Business Makeover — Official Rules

1. Eligibility

The JFT Web Marketing Fully Booked Business Makeover Giveaway is open to legal business owners age 18 or older located in the United States.

The business must be actively operating and have an existing online presence sufficient for JFT Web Marketing to perform applicable services included in the prize.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of JFT Web Marketing are not eligible.

Only one entry per business is permitted.

2. Online Entry

To enter through the JFT Web Marketing online entry form, complete and submit the official Fully Booked Business Makeover entry form.

The online entry form includes joining the JFT Web Marketing email community. To submit the online form, entrants must affirmatively agree to receive marketing tips, business growth strategies, special offers, and other email communications from JFT Web Marketing.

Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

If you do not wish to join the JFT Web Marketing email community, you may still enter the giveaway at no cost by using the Alternative Free Method of Entry described in Section 3 below.

Both methods of entry provide the same chance of winning.

Entries received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last calendar day of each month will be included in the drawing held on or about the first day of the following month.

3. Alternative Free Method of Entry

You may enter the Fully Booked Business Makeover Giveaway without joining the JFT Web Marketing email community or agreeing to receive marketing emails.

Include the following information:

The entry must be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the last calendar day of the month to be included in the drawing held on or about the first day of the following month.

Alternative entries receive the same chance of winning as entries submitted through the online form.

Only one entry per business is permitted, regardless of the method used to enter.

Information submitted through the Alternative Free Method of Entry will be used for administering the giveaway and will not be added to JFT Web Marketing’s regular marketing email audience unless the entrant separately provides permission to receive marketing communications.

4. Ongoing Eligibility

You only need to enter once.

After entering through either method, an eligible business will automatically remain in future monthly drawings unless:

A business may win the Fully Booked Business Makeover only once.

If an entrant used the online entry method and later unsubscribes from JFT Web Marketing’s marketing emails, the unsubscribe will not automatically remove the business from future giveaway drawings.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a 30-Day Fully Booked Business Makeover with an approximate retail value of $2,500.

Depending upon the winning business’s needs, existing technology and technical compatibility, the makeover may include:

Specific services will be determined by JFT Web Marketing based on the winning business’s needs, website, existing technology, phone configuration and technical compatibility.

Certain services may be subject to reasonable usage limits.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Any third-party services or usage charges beyond those specifically included in the prize will not be incurred without the winner’s approval.

6. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, including entries received through both the online entry form and the Alternative Free Method of Entry.

Each eligible business will have an equal chance of being selected regardless of the method used to enter.

The drawing will take place on or about the first day of each month.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the initial notification.

If the potential winner does not respond within that period, declines the prize, cannot participate, or is determined to be ineligible, JFT Web Marketing may randomly select an alternate winner.

The potential winner is not considered the official winner until eligibility has been confirmed and the prize has been accepted.

8. Winner Announcement

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that JFT Web Marketing may announce the winner’s name and business name and identify the business as a winner of the Fully Booked Business Makeover, except where prohibited by law.

Any use of photographs, testimonials, detailed results, revenue information, before-and-after information, or other business information for promotional purposes may require separate permission.

9. No Guarantee of Results

JFT Web Marketing does not guarantee specific Google rankings, AI recommendations, leads, sales, revenue, reviews, website traffic, conversion rates, or other business results.

Results vary depending on numerous factors, including the business, market, competition, existing online presence, customer activity, technical limitations, and other factors outside JFT Web Marketing’s control.

10. General Conditions

JFT Web Marketing reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible entries.

JFT Web Marketing reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or discontinue the giveaway when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
